Every fall St Francis de Sales has a speaker come in a give three talks centered around a theme agreed on by the leadership team. Once that theme is agreed on and the speaker can provide some talking points, I took the breakout nights and came up with a bonfire visual. This was aslo brought all the way through social media posts.
