Every year once a theme is decided on by the team, I make a look and feel and our team carries the theme throughout the retreat. Here are the pieces that I made for this retreat from the web collateral, cds and playlists cards that get shared, prayer intention cards that get filled out all weekend, and finished off with coordinating stage backdrop and displays.
